Fergal O'Byrne:
Fergal O'Byrne is an award-winning writer for print, stage and screen. He was born in Dublin in 1966, and graduated with honours in electronic engineering from Technical University Dublin. As a young man he moved to Enniscorthy, Wexford, but returned to Dublin to work in technology and internet companies. In 2003 he re-settling in Wexford and has since 2017 been dividing his time between Denmark, Ireland and Spain. He is married with twin daughters.
His debut novel Trolley Ride in Manhattan (Mentor Books, 2000) has become a cult classic in the USA. His recent collection of short stories Careful What You Wish For was published in 2022.
