In the main section of the book these methods are presented practically. These consist of: classical methods of behaviour modification, cognitive behavioural modification, rational-emotive therapy, resilience training, reality therapy, conversational therapy, interventions through teacher-pupil conferences, play therapy and the life-space-crisis-intervention. Their implementation in everyday lessons is the focus of this presentation.
Every method is put into a theoretical context, described extensively and checked for relevance and usability in school. Finally, empirical proof on the method's effectiveness is added.
