<p><b>ARTHUR WOODS</b> is a social entrepreneur and LGBTQ+ advocate. He is the co-founder of Mathison, the leading technology for equitable hiring, giving employers a single software for diversity recruiting, reducing hiring bias, and engaging employees in diversity hiring efforts. Arthur is a three-time TEDx speaker, was named to <i>Forbes</i> 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 by BEQ. He previously co-founded Out in Tech, co-founded Imperative, and led operations for YouTube EDU. Arthur is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and contributes to <i>Fast Company</i>.</p> <p><b>SUSANNA THARAKAN</b> is a leader and researcher focused on advancing diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
