<p></p><p>Mohammed Atiquzzaman obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Manchester (UK). He currently holds the Edith Kinney Gaylord Presidential professorship in the School of Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma.</p><p>Dr. Atiquzzaman is Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Networks and Computer Applications, Founding Editor-in-Chief of Vehicular Communications, Former Co-Editor-in-Chief of Computer Communication and has served/serving on the editorial boards of IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE JSAC, etc.</p>Dr. Atiquzzaman served as General Chair and Program chair of many conferences including IEEE Globecom and&nbsp; IEEE ICC, and was Panels Co-Chair of INFOCOM. He received the NASA Group Achievement Award, the IEEE Satellite Communications Technical Contribution Award for his contributions to space communications, and the IEEE Distinguished Technical Achievement Award for his work in communications switching and routing. Dr. Atiquzzaman received IEEE Communication Society’s Fred W. Ellersick Prize.&nbsp; He has delivered keynote talks in over 25 international conferences around the globe, including USA, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Australia, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Korea.<p></p>He authored/co authored 8 books, 25 journal editorials, and over 400refereed technical publications. His research interests are in satellite communications, wireless and mobile networks, vehicular networks, ad hoc networks, quality of service, and optical communications. His research has been funded by National Science Foundation (NSF), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), U.S. Air Force, Cisco, Honeywell, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, and Oklahoma Highway Safety Office.<p></p><p>Neil Y. Yen received Ph.D. degrees at the Department of Human Informatics and Cognitive Sciences, Waseda University, Japan, and the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Tamkang University, Taiwan, in the year of 2012, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Aizu, Japan. His current interests include human-centric computing (i.e., user modeling and understanding, social web, collaborative economy), big data (i.e., data/web mining, deep learning, statistical analysis), and anticipatory computing (i.e., prediction, recommendation, and well-being services). Dr. Yen is Founder of FC conferences and Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Social and Humanistic Computing and Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences.</p><p>Zheng Xu was born in Shanghai, China. He received the Diploma and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Computing Engineering and Science, Shanghai University, Shanghai, in 2007 and 2012, respectively. He is currently as Associate Professor in Shanghai University, China. His current research interests include data mining, big data, and social network. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 publications including IEEE Trans. on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Trans. on Cloud Computing, IEEE Trans. on Emerging Topics in Computing, IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics-Part C, etc. He is Associate Editor of IEEE Access, Springer ECR journal, and AutoSoft journal. He is also Founder of ATCI conferences. His relevant 5 publications of this conference are below.</p><p></p>
